Return Policy

RETURNS: Merchandise may be returned for store credit only (via emailed gift card code)  We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return from us at no charge.  Please contact us to get this started as soon as possible.   If it is past the 7th day return window, we will deduct the return shipping charge from your store credit.  Returns are processed 5-7 business days after your item(s) is/are delivered to us. 

To be eligible for a Return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with the Return Authorization Number you will be provided.

To start a return, you can click here.  Then, please wait for return label and follow instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please do so immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items are all FINAL SALE and MAY NOT be Returned: 
  • Any and All DISCOUNTED items
  • Any items that were purchased to become eligible for a giveaway
  • Any orders in which a COUPON OR CREDIT was applied
  • Clearance/Sale items
  • Items Purchased in order to receive a FREE Item or CREDIT (or retail price of that FREE item may be deducted from refund)
  • Holiday Items
  • Leggings, Swimsuits, Undergarments
  • Accessories (including: Hats, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Scarves, etc.)
  • Gift cards
Exchanges

Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can't guarantee an exchange. However, what we will do is issue you store credit, and if the right size is available, you can use your credit to purchase that item. We are not able to "hold" merchandise.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued your store credit.  Please note, please allow our team 5-7 days to process your return and issue store credit.
